Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Clive Reeves Public Relations Limited (trading as ExecSpeak®), registered at Cornwall Buildings, Birmingham B3 3QR. By signing up for ExecSpeak® services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services and Packages
ExecSpeak® offers LinkedIn management services in three packages: Foundation Leader, Strategic Influencer, and Industry Authority.
Clients agree to a minimum term of three months for all packages. After the initial term, services will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is taken at the start of the service and will recur monthly via an automated payment system.
Payments are non-refundable, including mid-term cancellations.
Clients must ensure payment details are kept up-to-date. Failure to process payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
ExecSpeak® reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to pay, or engages in conduct that could damage ExecSpeak®’s reputation.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content created by ExecSpeak® for the client, including posts, videos, and strategic documents, is fully transferred to the client upon delivery.
ExecSpeak® reserves the right to anonymise and reuse content or strategies for case studies and marketing purposes, unless expressly prohibited by the client in writing.
6. Liability and Indemnity
ExecSpeak®’s liability is limited to the cost of one month’s service under the selected package.
ExecSpeak® is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
The client agrees to indemnify ExecSpeak® against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the provided content or services, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringements caused by client-supplied materials.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
ExecSpeak® collects only the data necessary to provide its services. All personal and strategic data is handled in compliance with GDPR and industry best practices.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal or regulatory requirements.
ExecSpeak® uses trusted third-party tools for automation and data processing. By agreeing to these Terms, clients consent to such use.
8. Messaging and Privacy
ExecSpeak® does not access, monitor, or react to messages on a client’s LinkedIn account. These remain private and under the client’s control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
ExecSpeak® reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and may terminate their agreement if they do not agree to the updated terms.
